Why as women are we too quickly to say something that "relatively" harmless about someone else...especially our friends. "Oh by the way this is going on with so and so" In reality we have a much harder time being discreet and just being very vague, not saying anything at all or saying "you will need to ask them." Don't just think because this person doesn't know that person, that is ok to talk about them.
I mean believe me, I get it. It is hard! very hard and what it really takes is us thinking before we speak, even when we are put on the spot. Hindsight is 20/20. I want to get better at this. Part of me thinks that is learning boundaries. Boundaries for yourself and for others. Its also about protecting your love ones.
